Most of the bargains I get tend to be books, and I buy them from Amazon at a fraction of the cost they are selling them in the shops. Alot of the books are new, and only cost 1p! Amazon is an excellent site for books.

I get almost all my paperbacks at charity shops. Once I've read them, I send them back so the charity can sell them on again.
Really the only hardcover books I buy tend to be reference books or sometimes a novel or other that I want to keep. I rarely buy hardcovers if I don't plan on keeping the book. _________________ A Cosy Life

| I cant bring myself to get rid of my books, they are my obsession, I have over 1000 of them in the book room upstairs, and my collection is getting bigger, I dread to think what it would be like if we moved again, it would be a nightmare shifting all those books! |

Kevan has a load of old books, mostly computer-related, in boxes in our storage. He's going to have to do a major clear out when we move though. _________________ A Cosy Life

I cant even imagine moving all my belongings to another country, I got stressed when we moved in here last year, and we only had to move half a mile if that! |

We've not stayed in one place long enough over the past few years. So that keeps you from accumulating too much. Having said that, this old gypsy spirit is more than ready to settle down and not budge again. _________________ A Cosy Life

No. Sorry, but I won't. At least not the part we live in. I've seen some beautiful parts of England, unfortunately the Midlands ain't on of 'em. _________________ A Cosy Life

You dont have to be sorry, I know there are some lovely parts of England and some horrid parts, and obviously if you dont like where you live, then you wont miss it. I have lived in Sunderland all my life, and though I do like this city, I would move to the country in a shot, and not give Sunderland a backwards glance. |

See you want the countryside, I need to be near the ocean.
