I missed this when it started a week or so ago, but I went to bed early last night, feeling a bit crap, and caught it on ITV3 on the bedroom tv.

Its about a couple of middle-aged women who write back and forth to each other, but they talk to the camera at the same time. So you sort of see the letter acted out. Talk about tongue-in-cheek funny.

I think in another era it would be considered what was known as "drawing room comedy".

Apparently its based on a radio series that starred the fabulously funny Patricia Routledge (Hyacinth Bucket). This is one I'm going to bookmark to watch now. Here's the website;
